Pricing
Flat pricing, per product.
Free checks from four regions; Scale checks from every region we run (ten). Pick the monitor count you need, pay one flat price, and change plans whenever you want. No per-check metering, on any tier.
One signup covers all four. Every account starts on the free tier of Status, Monitor and Errors, plus the always-free outage tracker: nothing to add, nothing to enable. Upgrade whichever product outgrows its free limits, on its own, whenever you want.

Pricing FAQ
Billing, cancellation, and limits.
Do I need a separate signup or plan for each product?
No. One signup covers all four. Every account starts on the free tier of Status, Monitor and Errors at once, and the outage tracker is public and free for everyone, so there is nothing to add or enable. When one product outgrows its free limits you upgrade that product on its own, and the others stay free until you decide otherwise. Pay for any two of Status, Monitor and Errors and RealUptime Complete takes 15% off; pay for all three and it takes 20%.
What happens if I go over my monitor or subscriber limit?
You cannot create a new monitor past your plan's limit (10 on Free, 25 on Growth, 150 on Scale), and new status page subscribers stop being accepted once you hit your plan's subscriber allowance (100 on Free, 1,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale). Everything you already have keeps running normally; nothing is paused or deleted for being over a limit you were previously under. Upgrade or free up room to add more.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 12 months of access for the price of 10, on Growth, Scale and MSP. Pay once a year and skip two months of charges compared to paying monthly, same plan, same features.
What is the MSP plan, and what exactly is pooled?
The MSP plan is for agencies and managed service providers running status pages for many clients: $199 a month or $1,990 a year on the account that runs your organization. Each client keeps its own account, status pages, branding and custom domain, and gets everything in Scale without a paid plan of its own. Pooled across the whole organization: 450 monitors, a hard cap with no overage, and unlimited team members. Per client account, not pooled: unlimited status pages, 10,000 subscribers, the 30-second check interval and 90 days of public history. Your team's managers can open every client as an admin, and every switch is recorded in that client's audit log.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my plan?
Open Billing from your account settings and pick Free, or use the billing portal from the same page. Either way, cancellation stops future renewals only: you keep your paid plan's full access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted or downgraded early, and you can keep your plan any time before it ends.
Is pricing metered by checks, requests, or API calls?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly or annual price for a fixed allowance: monitors and subscribers on Status and Monitor, error events on Errors. There is no per-check or per-request charge on top; run your monitors at a 1-minute interval all month and you pay exactly what the plan says, nothing more.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time, in either direction, from Billing in your account settings. Moving between paid plans, and changing your billing period, takes effect right away, with the difference prorated on your next invoice. Moving down to Free takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the plan you paid for until then and can change your mind at any point before it ends. Nothing about your existing monitors, status pages or team is deleted when you switch; only the allowances and paid-tier features (custom domains, monthly SLA reports, REST API and MCP access) turn on or off.
Does the Free plan need a credit card?
No. Free starts with no card on file and no trial clock, so it stays usable for as long as you want before you ever add billing details.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet, and we do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI certification. We have not started a SOC 2 audit; it is a goal for once the business is at a scale that justifies the cost, not a project in progress today. See our security page for the controls that exist right now.
Do all plans check from all regions?
Free checks from 4 regions, Growth from 8, and Scale from every region we run (10). A monitor defaults to every region its plan includes and can be narrowed to fewer per check if you choose to; selecting a region outside your plan is refused with an upgrade prompt rather than silently ignored.
Start free, upgrade whenever you need more.
10 monitors, four regions, no card required to start.
